"ZenJen" Brown is an Internationally Certified C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, Certified Meditation Instructor, with additional training as a Teacher of Presence through THE SCHOOL OF AWAKENING - a 5-month training presented by spiritual teachers Eckhart Tolle & Kim Eng.

Jen is registered with Yoga Alliance, a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals, the International Healers Association. the International Association of Therapists, as well as the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Specializing in the 50 Plus population, Jen has extensive training in Balance & Flexibility with Certifications in Senior Yoga.. Additionally, she holds certifications as a Meditation Instructor, Energy Reiki Master, Alternative Healing Practitioner, Restorative Yoga, YIN Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, and Yoga for Death, Dying, and Caregivers.

Jen's journey into this path began as a journey of self-healing, and she is deeply committed to bringing awareness and self-love to the service of others as a Teacher of Presence. Embarking on this journey in her 50s has instilled in her a passion for hearing others' stories and demonstrating how self-love can be transformational. Namaste!
