I’ve had the joy of attending several of Jen Brown’s sessions — and every time, I come away reminded that she is a gift. Jen has a way of helping anyone around her feel completely safe: however you show up is welcomed, however you feel is honored. In her restorative yoga session, all of my “hurry or worry” simply melted away. That’s amazing! With her loving presence, mama-bear strength, master teacher competence, and gentle guidance, my nervous system shifted from ‘fight or flight’ into the delicious experience of being fully present and at peace - as if I really was already enough. With her gentle guidance to get completely supported with cozy props and blankets (which I did!), and her healing words as she read from chosen readings… it was heaven! ! I left feeling beautifully at ease, rested, unplugged from tension, and plugged into the precious moment. If you ever have the chance to work with ZenJen in any capacity, I cannot recommend her enough!
