VIRTUAL - We practice strength on Monday mornings - we need to keep our bodies strong and this class gives us the opportunity to work with ourselves. There is no right or wrong, you choose your level. Little by little, step by step. First practice is FREE to new friends!
VIRTUAL - MUDRA MEDITATION. This is a QUIET INTERLUDE PRACTICE. This (:20) minute practice is FREE to new friends & is perfect for a short respite in your day. You are welcome just as you are. Screen on or not, everyone is muted for this practice. You can do the MUDRA offered, one of your own, or none at all. Sit quietly & just breathe. Can be done seated or lying down!
VIRTUAL - This is a practice in releasing. Slow down the breath and enjoy a nice deep stretch. We're not forcing a stretch in this practice, we're leaving at least 50% for space. First practice is FREE to new friends!
VIRTUAL - This is a different practice each week. First workshop with us is FREE to new friends!
VIRTUAL - This is a wonderful opportunity to help balance our nervous systems and more! A few restorative poses will be offered, followed by a Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation. Set yourself up for complete comfort in a distraction free space if possible. Bring lots of pillows & blankets! We're gonna get COZY! You can expect a different practice each week.
