NO YOGA OR MEDITATION EXPERIENCE NEEDED WHAT-SO-EVER!
All classes have a collective approach intended to enhance & support general health/well-being. These classes are not designed to diagnose, treat or advise specific illnesses or conditions. This group is not meant to replace your medical doctor, or healthcare professionals, but to aid in your own self-care program. All participants are responsible for their own health, well-being & safety. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. This ongoing-practice is offered every Monday via Zoom (excluding holidays & rare occurrences). We need to keep our strength up, Ladies! This class incorporates the use of weights, resistance bands, and our own body weight. Come as you are. It sounds scary, but it's not - I promise!
This ongoing-practice is offered every Thursday via Zoom (excluding holidays & rare occurrences). We don't even get off the floor in this class, Ladies! Very slow paced, gentle stretching into something that feels good - and we hold stillness in that pose before moving to the next. I love this class. Come as you are.
This ongoing-practice is new to the schedule! It's offered every Thursday via Zoom (excluding holidays, special events & rare occurrences). This is a quiet interlude practice. It's best if we can set ourselves up in a distraction free space since it is meditation, but come as you are to this quiet interlude practice.
This ongoing-practice is offered every Friday via Zoom (excluding holidays & rare occurrences). This class is about RESTORING. MIND-BODY-SPIRIT. Set yourself up in a distraction free space with lots of pillows. blankets & more! Relaxing and releasing. Restorative poses help release tension from the body. Dress comfortably - can be done from bed Followed by guided meditation, come as you are.
This WONDERFUL practice is offered monthly via Zoom (excluding holidays & rare occurrences). This class helps balance the nervous system and helps us release tension from the body. Set yourself up in a distraction free space with lots of pillows. blankets & more! Relaxing and releasing. Make yourself as comfortable as possible, and just rest. Can be done from bed. This will be a :60 minute Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation. The only thing you need to do is relax and listen. Come as you are.
