A gentle, releasing & nurturing practice designed for beginners and women moving with ease at their own pace, and a soothing mini guided meditation at the end - giving your body space to release tension, your mind space to soften, and your heart room to trust.
No prior experience needed - every movement is adaptable, safe, and supportive, perfect for women who want to honor their bodies while falling into trust.
